Volunteer Opportunities

United Way of Brevard is looking for volunteer financial literacy instructors to teach Money Management courses to individuals at different sites. These classes generally take place 3 times per month.

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program offers FREE tax services to individuals and families with low to moderate incomes. This service is provided annually from February 1st - April 15th. United Way of Brevard is looking for Volunteer Appointment Schedulers Monday through Friday (1pm-4pm). The VITA Scheduler will be responsible for answering VITA related phone calls, scheduling appointments and answering basic VITA site questions. Appointments will be open January 22, 2024 for Tax preperation services.
