Run a United Way Campaign in 2022
In the wake of COVID-19, we understand that employers and employees are concerned about our community, and our team is here to provide charitable giving support during this pandemic. With social distancing and working remotely, a United Way workplace campaign may look very different this year. We are here to help you plan and execute the type of fundraising campaign that makes the most sense for your organization, and we are so grateful for your support of local families in need during this difficult time.
Now more than ever, we need your support. Over the last year, the demand for critical services has doubled and caused many who have never had to ask for help before to suddenly need it. COVID has also negatively impacted our network of local partner agencies. While United Way funding is part of their overall budgets, other fundraising events and galas have been canceled causing nonprofits to be squeezed from both sides.
United, we can continue our work to ensure kids succeed in school, support our veterans, seniors, people with disabilities AND ensure individuals and families have the best chance to build a successful life. With the help of our 43 partner agencies and the many local organizations who support us, we can answer the pleas of those panicked by job loss, childcare challenges, lack of food and fear of homelessness.
